This describes how the product actually works today, honestly, rather than generic filler. The sections marked as placeholders are the specific parts that need real legal review before this is final; we would rather say that plainly than dress up a draft as something it is not.
Zaqero ("we," "us") provides software that plans, produces, publishes, and measures organic social media content on behalf of a business ("you," "your account") — currently Instagram and Facebook. This is a draft of our Terms of Service, written to reflect how the product actually works; it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as final until it has.
You must be able to legally bind the business you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected platform tokens secure, and for anything published under your account, including content published at an autonomy level you selected.
Plans, prices, and what’s included in each are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Trials run 7 days with one real video and no card required. There is no setup fee.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually depending on what you choose at signup; annual billing is discounted. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

The product runs at an autonomy level you control: from read-only analysis, through producing content for your manual review, to publishing within limits with your after-the-fact oversight. Higher autonomy is never required and is only ever offered after a track record of clean approvals — never sold as a plan feature, never defaulted on without your action.
You can undo any published post in one step. Regulated verticals (health, finance, alcohol, children’s products) are capped at supervised autonomy regardless of preference, and this cap is disclosed at onboarding, not hidden in these terms.
You own your product photos, footage, logo, and brand assets. You grant us a license to use them solely to produce and publish content for your account. The videos are generated with AI, and your real product photos and logo are the references the generation works from, so the product on screen is yours. We never invent products you don’t sell, prices, or claims about your business. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you delete your account or it churns, your raw platform metrics, post records, assets, generated media, and business-specific learned patterns are deleted. The one exception: de-identified, aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to your account may be retained as part of a pooled benchmark layer used across customers — never your content, never anything identifiable as yours.
You won’t use the service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or knowingly false, or to publish to an account you don’t have the right to manage. We reserve the right to suspend an account for clear abuse of the platforms we publish to, since violations there put every customer’s access at risk, not just yours.
Publishing depends on Meta’s Graph API and its own terms, rate limits, and review processes, which we don’t control and which can change. We’re not responsible for a platform outage, policy change, or access restriction outside our systems.

We’ll give notice before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
