Company

Built to act like a department, not a demo.

Zaqero is a small, early-stage company based in Tallinn, Estonia, building an autonomous AI marketing department for small businesses: not a content generator, but a system that decides what to post, produces it, publishes it, measures what actually happened, and learns.

Why this exists

The gap is the job.

Most small businesses can't afford an agency and don't have time to run their own content. The tools that promise to fix that mostly hand you files: you still write the brief, pick what to post, and read the analytics yourself. That gap between "here's a video" and "this is handled" is the actual job, and it's what this product is built to close.

How it's built

The rules that don't bend.

01

Your real product, always

Every video is generated with AI from your own product photos and logo, so the product on screen is yours, not a lookalike. An earlier version of this product failed because the product drifted from the real one between clips; building every shot from your photos is the fix, not a preference. It never invents products you don’t sell, prices, or claims about your business.

02

It can say "I don’t know"

A marketer who invents a result to sound confident gets fired. Every claim this system makes carries how sure it actually is — and most of the time, early on, the honest answer is "not enough data yet."

03

Everything is reversible

Every post can be taken down and every schedule paused. A department that can’t undo its own work is a liability, not an assistant. The one-click undo in your dashboard is being built; the system behind it already works.

04

Autonomy is earned, not sold

Every plan runs the same product at every trust level. You’re never asked to hand over publishing control up front — the system has to earn it with a track record you can see, and the offer only comes after it does.

05

A rejection is worth more than a like

When you reject or edit something, that’s the clearest signal the system will ever get — a real judgment about what’s actually right for your business. It’s treated as the valuable input it is, not an inconvenience to route around.

Where we are

Early.

This is being built and tested with real early customers now, not a finished product with a long track record. That is exactly why the honesty rule matters: we'd rather say "not enough data yet" than pretend otherwise, about your results or about ourselves.
